The drought has caused a lot of power shortages in most parts of the city where I live. With no signs of rain for several months, it looks like people will still have to endure the heat during the night for some more months. It pays to have bulk led flashlights at hand.
It would be hard for repairs at our home to proceed in a hot temperature. I do not see anyone who can endure working while perspiring. Anyway, business as usual for the construction of our house. Many of the workers brought along tape measures wholesale for faster work.
Most of the workers were having their meal at the site itself. Most of them brought along a stainless steel tumbler with company logo. It served the purpose of serving them coffee as well as cold water.
In the middle of the construction, the foreman arrived to check the progress of the construction. The construction firm had another ongoing project in another area. I saw the foreman bring out corporate giveaways so they could promote their company.
It was through promotional items that I was able to get the service of the construction firm. They were one of the busiest construction firms in the community and they never run out of projects.
